What you're sharing.** Your voice recordings or typed answers, the photos you upload, your name as you chose to display it, and anything you said or wrote in answer to the prompts (together, your "Story"). **2. You keep ownership.** You keep the rights you have in your Story. **3. What you allow.** For each use you checked, you give the Organization a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, display, distribute and publish your Story, including your name (as you chose), voice and likeness in your photos, as part of videos, web pages, social posts, printed materials and presentations. This license lasts until you narrow or withdraw it. Uses you didn't check aren't allowed. **4. How your Story is edited.** Your recording may be shortened, reordered and combined with your photos, captions, music and the Organization's branding. Editing uses only words you actually said or wrote. Nothing is reworded, added or invented. Your words won't be edited to change their meaning. If you chose the AI voice, it reads only words you wrote or said, and the video is labeled "Narrated by AI." No one will create a copy of your voice. **5. No payment.** You're sharing your Story voluntarily and won't be paid for it. Sharing or not sharing won't affect your membership in or services from the Organization. **6. Changing your mind.** You can narrow or withdraw your consent anytime using the "Manage my story" link we email you, or by contacting the Organization. - We'll unlist your video on Impact Story pages and embeds immediately. - The Organization will remove it from websites, social accounts and other channels it controls within 10 business days, and will stop using it in new materials. - Copies already printed, broadcast, downloaded or reshared by other people may not be recoverable. Withdrawing doesn't undo uses made before you withdrew. **7. Checking in.** Every 3 years we'll ask you to confirm your choices. If you don't reply, your existing choices stay in place. **8. Health information.** If your Story includes health, addiction or recovery information, it's used only if you checked both separate health boxes (one to use it, one to share it), and it's never shared with a parent network. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains your rights. **9. Your promises.** You confirm you're 18 or older; the Story is your own and true to your experience; you have the right to share the photos you uploaded and have permission from people recognizable in them; and you won't include anyone's private information (like phone numbers or addresses) without permission. **10. Privacy.** How your information is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your information, use it for ads, or use it to train AI models. We don't collect face templates or voiceprints. **11. Electronic signature.** Typing your name and submitting is your electronic signature, with the same effect as signing on paper. We record the date, time, version of this release and the device you used. You can request a copy anytime at privacy@impactstoryapp.com. **12. Governing law.** This release is governed by the laws of the state where the Organization is based.
